I've dedicated the last two decades of my life to the human service field in various roles. With a Master's degree in Counselling, I've always had a deep passion for working with groups.
My work involves supporting government teams and individuals as they grapple with the intricate needs of the children and families they serve. I bring experience in training adults to acquire essential job skills, covering areas such as software implementation, meeting facilitation, and policy application.
Currently, I'm actively pursuing a certificate in Collaborative Conflict Resolution at the Justice Institute of British Columbia, furthering my commitment to the field of conflict resolution.
