I have accumulated more than two decades of experience in senior leadership roles within the non-profit sector (local, provincial, and national); leading five non-profits as the Executive Director and serving on the Board of Directors of three organizations. I have developed expertise in policy development and review, board governance and structure, and ensuring compliance with provincial and federal regulations. I am currently the Interim Executive Director of Options for Sexual Health and have been working with the Now What Facilitation team as a consultant since 2023. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology, an advanced post-graduate diploma in business and international management and a Masters of Arts in International Leadership.
In addition to my professional experience, I have further refined my skills by serving on the governance Boards of Directors for three distinct organizations over a span of twenty years.
