After over ten years in civil litigation, I started a mediation and arbitration practice specializing in family, commercial, tenancy, and sports-related matters. I believe many clients are better served through out-of-court resolution. I am a roster arbitrator for Via Sports Canada and ADR Institute of British Columbia, and a qualified family mediator in accordance with the Family Law Act and Regulations. Additionally, I have been a member and acting chair for the Property Assessment Review Panel since 2019. I was also a member of the Employment Standards Tribunal from 2021 to 2023. I have adjudicated over 1000 cases in these administrative tribunals.

I am an active advocate for access to justice. I act as the deputy executive director and board member of Amici Curiae Friendship Society, a charity which helps self-litigants with legal issues including employment, family, and human rights matters.

I have contributed to various self-litigant publications, including the CanLII Manual to British Columbia Civil Litigation Guide and Law Courts Center Court of Appeal Procedures Guide. I am a regular guest speaker and host for various dispute-resolution conferences and university-level courses.
