Workplace Interventions and Mediation

WHAT IS IT?

We help workplace teams overcome conflict by offering facilitation of a neutral, safe, and outcome-focused intervention meeting. During a Workplace Intervention, all participants can expect to engage in an open and inclusive meeting where all ideas and thoughts are valid. For optimal results, our facilitator will spend some time meeting with key members prior to the meeting to identify common interests and issues that need to be addressed.  We'll guide the conversation and create an opportunity for each member to contribute and collaborate. 

HOW CAN WE HELP?

For optimal results, our facilitator will:

  • Create an opportunity for all voices to be heard while collaborating to work through concerns and conflict

  • Help the team understand each other, resolve the conflict at hand, and walk away feeling happy

WHO IS INVOLVED?

Depending on the situation, a workplace intervention can include the full team or key members.
