Sukhi has been working in the field of Dispute Resolution as a Collaborative Practice facilitator for over a decade. She is responsible for facilitating Collaborative Planning Conferences and Meetings involving complex situations to address individual and group conflict. She has experience facilitating meetings with community professionals such as mental health workers, psychiatrists, school counsellors, corrections officers, lawyers, social workers, families and more.
She assumes a strength-based, client-centered approach in supporting individuals to achieve conflict resolution and change. Sukhi has continually focused on enhancing her facilitation and mediations skills to best serve the individual and collective needs of her clients.
