Lucinda Ferdon


Hi there! nice to meet you - I’m lucinda.

I have worked in the field of dispute resolution and collaborative practice for over 14 years. In my experience, I have facilitated hundreds of Collaborative Decision Making Meetings which have involved a variety of professionals including lawyers, doctors, counsellors, social workers, police officers, psychologists, and families. These meetings have addressed a wide range of issues such as mental health, divorce, access, addiction and end of life planning.

I also have experience in facilitating organizational planning meetings between managers and staff. Prior to my collaborative practice experience, I worked with families and professionals in the area of Child Welfare in Quebec and BC as well as various non profit agencies.
