About Lucinda

Lucinda has worked in the field of dispute resolution and collaborative practice for over 14 years. She has facilitated hundreds of Collaborative Decision Making Meetings which have involved a variety of professionals including lawyers, doctors, counsellors, social workers, police officers, psychologists, and families. These meetings have addressed a wide range of issues such as mental health, divorce, access, addiction and end of life planning.

Lucinda also has experience in facilitating organizational planning meetings between managers and staff. Prior to her collaborative practice experience, Lucinda worked with families and professionals in the area of Child Welfare in Quebec and BC as well as various non profit agencies.
